Important rental information

1.1 Contracting parties

The following terms apply between the lessor, Autovuokraamo Autotalo Sollo Oy (Eteläkatu 8, 53500 Lappeenranta, Business ID 3407458-5; hereinafter the Rental Company), and the renter (hereinafter the Customer). Passenger cars, vans and trailers are referred to below jointly as the vehicle.

1.2 Vehicle handover and return

a) The Rental Company hands the vehicle over in working condition to the Customer at the agreed time and place. If the Customer does not get the vehicle due to a fault by the Rental Company, they are entitled to a discount corresponding to the fault.

1.3 Rental period

a) The rental period starts when the Customer receives the vehicle and ends at the agreed end time of the rental. Billing follows the booked period, and no refund is granted even if the Customer returns the vehicle early.

1.4 Use of the vehicle

a) The Customer must look after the vehicle as carefully as a prudent person would look after their own and observe particular care and caution when driving. The Customer agrees to use the vehicle only for its intended purpose.
